weDeploy is a software solution provided by National, to their clients, to make a repair booking during the FNOL call from a choice of repairers. The system is accessed through a secure IP address where only an internet connectivity is required to gain access. There’s no integration and it can work alongside your internal systems simply by using a web browser.
The application harnesses the power of our unique ‘Intelligent Deployment System’ (IDS), with real-time information on each of its more than 400+ accredited repairers across the UK.
This cloud-based solution can be used in our clients call-centres to instantly deploy a vehicle into the National network. From FNOL, a completed deployment can be made in less than 2 minutes, significantly reducing warm call transfer and other deployment method times and providing an unbroken customer experience.
Once a deployment has been confirmed, our IDS will send the right claim information to the chosen repairer and a notification to the customer for their chosen repairer. The application integrates with National’s Management System in ‘real-time’.
The weDeploy system is commercialised using a licensing model. It’s a managed solution and supported by National’s software and IT teams. This allows for software customisation, new development and can be white labelled. As a stand-alone system, it can manage multiple accident management networks, not just National’s own network. This means that all vehicle repairs can be deployed through this system as an option.
